Fostering with Crossroads
Did you know fostering is only temporary? You can help the animals get ready to be adopted while getting the love you both deserve! We have improved our foster family program and would love for you to become one of our foster families. We are especially in need of:
Bottle baby kittens & puppies
Kittens and puppies that are too young to survive on their own and need a dedicated foster to help them grow
Grow Babies
Kittens and puppies that are 4 to 7 weeks of age requiring 2 to 4 weeks of foster to become adoptable
Grow babies with Mom
Kittens and puppies that are still nursing and Mom is taking care of them. Needing to be fostered until they are adoptable
Foster Training
All fosters are given proper training and supplies to help them become successful foster families. If you are interested in fostering with us, please complete the foster volunteer application below to get started. Once you have completed the foster application, you will be provided with a link to sign up for one of our training sessions.
Attention Renters:
If you rent an apartment, house, or condo please provide a written agreement from the property owner that it is allowed to foster/have pets on the property. Please also provide a name and contact information of the property owner. After you fill out the Foster Application below, please send the signed permission to foster@crossroadsshelter.org.
