Use the chart below to determine if you qualify for standard or reduced pricing based on your annual income.

​

To qualify for reduced fees please indicate this at the time you make your appointments.  We will ask you to provide a photo ID, and proof of income via a recent tax return (2023) or an award letter for a qualifying government program* when you arrive for services. W-2 forms are not accepted.

​

Standard fees will apply at the time of appointment without appropriate documentation.

​

Reduced Pricing is available for individuals making up to $36,450 a year

(plus $11,200 for each additional household member).
