Owner Surrender Intake
Crossroads Animal Shelter is a private limited admission 501c.3 shelter. We provide surrender services as we have the space and ability to house them, provide care for them, and place them for adoption.
We understand that surrendering your pet can be a difficult decision and we will do our best to provide you will all the information that we can.
Please complete the form below, and allow up to 5 business days for an email reply. An intake team member will work with you to gather as much information as possible so that we have the most complete records possible to support your pet through the rehoming process. Please ensure that your email on your submission form is correct. You will be sent forms, and you will need to communicate with your intake coordinator.
Wait times for intake can vary based on the time of year and you will be given an estimate once it is determined that we can facilitate an intake for your animal. Average intake wait times are 30 days.
